Date = 1990 Model No= SD42-02400402-FKXXQ69X Dimensions= 60”H x 30”W x 54”D Environmental= Units are water cooled and are installed in a room separate from the production process, thus they are in very good condition, both functionally as well as appearance. These units have received regularly scheduled preventative maintenance. Current Control Setup = Customer supplied 4-20 milliamp current loop and an enable signal controls the output current setting. Minor changes in wiring allow for the output voltage to be controlled instead of the current. Control for the cooling solenoid is external, but could be direct from the cooling request signal within the rectifier. Water flow detect output signal provided to allow assurance of cooling water flow. User manual and electrical/mechanical drawings included. Dynapower Features= Units are equipped with control and feedback signal isolator boards to protect the internal circuitry. The feedback signal is 0 or 4-20 milliamp selectable by calibration, and proportional to the output current. Units are also equipped with a internal moisture detection system to allow shutdown of the rectifier when moisture exists. Additional Features= The following additional electrical control components are included: (1) Reversing motor control contactor, overload & fuses (1 HP), (2) Bath level control relay (for conductive liquids), (3) Bath over-voltage relay, (4) Bath temperature transmitter (4-20mA output), (5) Phase Sequence monitor (supply power). Use of these components are not required to operate the rectifier, but are within the rectifier and available for use if the process application requires.
