Description:

1) a sweeper unit to get rid of all dust and debris from both top & bottom surfaces
2) a preheat unit to warm up the particle board before the glue is applied
3) a feed table, essentially a large motorized conveyor about 12 feet long
4) a glue spreader (Black Brothers) which can apply glue to one or both surfaces of the particle board
5) a layup (index) table where the backer sheet and laminate sheet are applied (manually)
6) a roller table, 10' long
7) a heat tunnel to cure the glue and squeeze the sheets together
