Description:
This is a complete and working system . It has 1pc. 3 stage washer ( 8'x24'x10'tall ) with 500,000 BTU burner . This is a Batch washer . 1pc powder booth with a reclaim cartrige filter system and Wagner manual spray gun , 1 pc. 5'x28'x8' 1 million BTU oven . 1 pc. 4000 psi electric water sandblasting system . 1 pc. air compressor . 1 pc 2500 lb.forklift. and plenty of fans .
This batch system has a large rolling overhead cart on a track that shuttles the three overhead I beam racks from the washer to the paint booth to the oven etc.. Each overhaed cart has 8pc 20' line rails to hang hooks on . This creates 160 l/ft of hanging area per batch . In a good day we can do 8 batches or 1280 l/ft. of line for small parts with 3 guys . We primarily use this system to coat railing and fence , however we also do some small parts , sign frames , complete auto chasis , roll cages etc . With the system design , I can do small parts non stop , have all 3 components running at the same time , or coat a single part as large as 84" x 276" x 54" wide . We currently have aprox $200,000 in annual sales . The system uses 2500 sq. ft. of floor space and the rent is $550.00 per month. There is a fabrication shop in the building attached which can be moved and will open up an additional 2500 l/ft. of floor space for storage . This system cost over $180K to build . The owner has a successful trucking company which he is going into full time and this is the reason for sale. |
