Goodnature, 6 Cell, Model DC-6
(Still a current model.)
Has double hydraulic cylinders with it's own self contained hydraulic pump. runs on 115 volts, single phase.
6 Filter cells. Designed to be manualy filled; then, the operator pulls the hydraulic valve to compress and the the liquids are squeezed from the solution. The unit can remain under compression indeffinately. when the bags are full of compressed (de-watered) sludge, the carrier rotates 180 degrees, and the "cake" is dropped out into the stainless steel pan beneath.
Ideal fro removing sludge from pre-treatment washer or any wet process where solids accumulate in the solutions. Capable of processing from 80 to 300 gallons per hour.
( Depending on porosity of bags used and solid content of solution being precessed.)
Replacement bags available from Goodnature at about $250. for the set of 6 connected bags. Bags simply lift out for easy changing.
We have cycled this unit and it works fine.
