Owner retiring selling complete aluminum extrusion shop for under .10 cents on the dollar.
The system is operational and includes the following : 1pc 1620 ton indirect extrusion press with aprox $30,000 in tooling including many pipe sizes , sq. tubes , and mics. handrailing top caps and angles , 1pc 6" billet gas furnace fully elctronic , 1pc 26' run out table with cooling fans , 1 pc. 26' hydrolic stretcher / straitener, 1 pc. 24' double end cut off saw for finished lengths , 1 pc 26' gas oven for ageing /hardening the metal will heat to 500 degrees with roling stock cart , ALSO INCLUDED : 1pc industrial air compressor(new ) , 1pc die furnace fully programmable to 3000 degrees , 1pc 6000 lb clark for lift ( 3 stage mast, propane , automatic like new ) , 1pc natco 13 head automatic drill press , 1pc. 20" industrial abrasive cut off saw , 1pc. 12" disc sander . 1pc. 8' metal bender brake 16 ga. , 1pc small pneaumatic punch press , 1 pc. fully automatic band saw ( 20" capacity with auto feed and all the whistles ). PLEASE NOTE: I have invested over $200,000 in the above equipment and everything is working . You could start extruding asap. Also I gauranty that you cannot find any extrusion press on line alone, for onder $100,000. The building lease can be assumed . I can move all equipment for you or it can stay. |
