Description: The Reciprocating Power Hacksaw KASTO MODEL EBS 400 AU is designed to cut both thick or thin –walled (.039) profiles, and solids, either manually or automatically. Push buttons on the operators console allows complete automatic setup in one minute or less. The hydraulic systems permits the use of a single blade pitch of 4 TPI when cutting nearly all shapes and qualities of steels holding an accuracy of +/- 0.001 inch of material against the face. Combining four cutting speeds with the infinitely variable hydraulic cutting pressure, the saw has the accuracy of sophisticated machinery, while maintaining simplicity of operation. All original manuals and wiring diagrams are included. Standard accessories include coolant system, automatic shut off at end of cut, instantaneous connection on automatic and manual, automatic feedway to 20” -- multiple feed mechanism to 60”, pre-selection of length of pieces by push button controls within +/- 0.005 inches, vise control and carriage control by push button, multiple clamping device, chip remover, rapid advance of saw bow and saw blade safety devices. This machine has only minor damage and is only missing two buttons on the counter (but can be set with a pointed instrument) and the power cord needs replaced (can be replaced prior to sale).
