Chuck Diameter: 72” (1828mm) Distance Between Centers: 68’ (20726mm) R.P.M. - Variable 0 - 35 Weight Capacity Between Centers: 75 Tons Without steadies !!! Headstock Motor: 150 HP 2 Carriages. 2 Steadies
We also have the 6" Yancey Horizontal Boring Mill seen in the pictures, that will be sold with this machine, or as a seperate sale item. This is not CNC and has a manual pendat control. The Yancey Boring Mill has an "X" Axis of 65'(19812mm) and "Y" Axis of 72"(1828mm). We are verifying all the specs today for the Yancey. I think the "Y" axis is more than 1828mm ? There are no floor plates with the Yancey. The Yancey HBM was being used as the Carriage in a sense. The Lathe turns the part, and the HBM machines it at the same time. The origional Carriages are also still available for this lathe. The risers can be removed, and the Lathe would than be, a 72" Chuck/816" centers/75 Ton Capacity without steadies.
