AC vector drive spindle drive for high power constant surface speed cutting,large bore heavy duty spindle mounted on taper roller bearing for heavy cuts. Three infinitely variable spindle speed gear ranges with auto shifting, fully programmable spindle speeds. Specially designed oil lubrication system for gears and taper roller bearing to allow high speed runs. Heavy duty manual tail-stock. Yaskawa DC servo axis motors and high performance drives. Dual electronic hand wheels for manual operation. Auto lube to all sliding surfaces and axis ball-screws. Flood coolant system and halogen work light, spindle load meter, cycle stop light indicator. All electric components are in built-in enclosure cabinet with main disconnect. Fully enclosed guarding with interlocked sliding door access, to CE standard. Each machine inspected by Renishaw laser, verified, and ball-bar tested, undergoes 50 hours of non-stop running before shipment. Includes three jaw screw chuck, flood coolant system, auto lube, two electronic hand wheels,for manual operation, eight station turret, fully enclosed splash guard with interlocking sliding door. Anilam 4200T CNC programmable controller. 16" swing over bed, 8 5/8" swing over cross-slide, 25 1/2" swing over gap, 40 inches CC. D1-6 camlock spindle nose, 2 1/8" spindle bore.
